It's not what you do, but why you do it that makes the difference."

About
Jasmine...
Jasmine Poole is a neuroscience and behavioral health nurse, autism advocate, and author dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers of neurodivergent individuals. As the mother of a non-speaking autistic son, she understands firsthand that true support starts with the caregiver's well-being.
Jasmine's work emphasizes self-care as the foundation for effective parenting, recognizing that parents must be well-supported to fully show up for their children. She provides guidance on communication strategies, sensory needs, and family wellness, helping parents navigate the challenges of autism with confidence.
Beyond her clinical experience, Jasmine is a published author whose books provide real-life insight into autism. She has led parent support groups, wellness retreats, and international workshops, educating families and professionals on best practices for supporting autistic individuals. She has also worked on creating sensory-friendly environments and communication strategies within healthcare settings, ensuring that neurodivergent patients receive the support they need.
As healthcare systems look to improve care for neurodivergent individuals, Jasmine brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the table--bridging the gap between medical care and real-world application.
